Why do i keep getting flashbacks from the past?

I get them all the time. I like to think they remind me of simpler times when was younger and didn't worry as much. Maybe your the same. Having a stressful life at the moment? Most of my flashbacks remind me of happier times. Your probably yearning to feel the same care-free feelings you used to. Just a thought. The smells too give you a funny old nostalgic feeling don't they. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'd just enjoy having those flashbacks and memories and smells you had forgotten all about. One day you may very well be too old to even remember your own name. If you get that far. Take it as a good thing and don't worry as much about it.
