What is the usual amount of experience needed to master all of Chopin's etudes?

I have been playing about 6 years but never put any practice in, 1-2 hours a day. I can read sheet music very well. I have recently been looking into the Etudes and I've made it my goal to learn them. It's helped me realize that I really need to strengthen my left hand weaker fingers so I've been practicing every day with The Virtuoso Pianist by Hanon to strengthen my fingers. Are there any tips anyone can give me to help with these pieces? Is there a good amount of natural talent you must have, or can you do it with sheer will?
