Does anyone know anything about the calling services for inmates called 123free call.com?

Im trying to sign up for a calling services that will make the calls to my number less expensive. and so far the 123free call that I was told i should sign up for , states I cant use it for collect calls ? Can the calls be prepaid? If anyone might be formulate with prison collect calls I would greatly appreciate some impute? please. Cause I have no idea what Im doing.
