Should schools prevent illegals from dragging down the education system?

Everyday I read that in America you are letting a group of non English speaking folks drag down the standards of your high end education system. I hear about ESL and the gangs on the campuses of your schools and think how could a great country let an illegal menace destroy it. Who are the brain dead people allowing this happen on your soil? The rest of the world sees the destruction caused by such a force. How do you Americans feel about the illegal mess. I say ship them home and follow the legal process. No line budders please.
