Goat owners please answer?

To be perfectly honest it sounds like this goat is entire...ie, he still has his man-parts. Entire goats don't normally make good pets, you have to have them castrated to make pets out of them. Either that or the man was treating him badly. I wouldn't choose this goat as a first pet, IMO, keep looking!
