Is a false thought about the holy spirit blasphemy?

I was on youtube and this man was preaching about eternal security and I read the comments below. One said that you can lose it if you blasphem the holy spirit which I had never heard before..I did my research and turns out God was healing the sick and casting out demons while others said it was the work of the devil..which God said "I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. 29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin." out of nowhere these false thoughts about the holy spirit popped in my head the entire day and I got scared and prayed..I got saved at 16 and didn't want to go to hell because of a false thought..what do you think?
