My 10 week old puppy has mange...what do i do?

when my uncle bob's hunting dogs got the mange,and even his puppies he got and old tub,and put used motor oil in it and rubbed it all over his dogs and puppies.it sounds crazy but it really works. one good rubdown a day until the mange is gone,then rub vitamin -e oil into dog's skin to help with healing.i keep vitamin e in capsule form.all you have to do is open one end of the capsule and apply to the skin.works good on humans too! also try to give your dog cod liver oil. it is good for them and makes their coat healthy and shiney!hope this helps.god bless

Im in a total lost in life. My townhouse foreclosed at the end of 08.All my big furnitue was taken away when they cleaned out my place. I couldn't afford to put them in storage..my car just broke down and now im catching rides to a job that drains me. I try and talk to God but I feel like he can't hear me. Is life really worth it?

I'm flirting with the idea of suicide and I don't really know what to do. I don't really have that horrid of a life but I'm just sad all the time. When I'm by myself or with friends and family thoughts of suicide creep into my mind and stay there for hours until I make myself realize I should be doing something productive. Life just doesn't seem meaningful anymore, I wake up do stuff try and look happy for my friends. It's sad because I want to tell them that I'm sad and hurt but I just get the feeling they won't care and think I'm complaining. This I know isn't true yet I can't bring myself to talk about it anyone I actually know. I feel like I'm loosing the thing that I used to be great at, actually I know I'm loosing the thing I was great at. Has your doctor recommended days for you to have after you last clomid pill. My doctor told me that if it didnt look like I was ovulating to not way for the positive ovulation test and to just have a week after my last pill, every other day for a week. I started to not completely trust fertility charting because it was more annoying than it was help for me.It could be that this month you just didnt ovulate and the Clomid may not have worked this month. This is all true, I feel the same way, sometimes I wish I could just run away and go somewhere where people had more ethics and values. But we can't and suicides not the answer, I for one do not think suicide is cowardly, it really takes some guts to kill your self, especially considering most people say that if you kill yourself you won't go to heaven and facing hell is pretty harsh, well extremely harsh. But all that is besides the point, you want to get away from it all... but sadly there is not real answer other than the ones you've come u with on your own. Honey, it is AMAZING! I lived away from home for 4 years at school (I just graduated in May). And I am actually HOMESICK from not living at school... Living in a dorm is just an awesome experience. You have the funniest things happen that you wouldn't expect and you just become SO close with people because you are living with them. There is always someone around and you can do the craziest things and just have a blast. You should look into transferring to a school to live at! You won't regret it, trust me!!

My mom's anxiety upsets me. I don't know what I should do?

My mom has always struggled with anxiety. She seems to have episodes of anxiety when something in her life changes. For example, when we move to a new house she gets so worked up with anxiety that it makes her sick. It has been hard for the rest of my family because she doesn't really help herself, she does go to a doctor but believes that talk or behavioral treatment doesn't help. I feel that there is no doctor on earth that will help her because it is part of her personality and they way she was taught to think. To me, its like trying to change your personality after so many years, it becomes difficult. My problem now is that we are moving to a new state in summer and she is starting to fill her mind with fears. She stopped going to a doctor many years ago because she was better. Don't know Patch this one is dodgy indeed. They are already claiming more on expenses and getting away with it than they did before, under the new rules to sort out the expenses fraud. I have been playing about 6 years but never put any practice in, 1-2 hours a day. I can read sheet music very well. I have recently been looking into the Etudes and I've made it my goal to learn them. Why do i keep getting flashbacks from the past?

I get them all the time. I like to think they remind me of simpler times when was younger and didn't worry as much. Maybe your the same. Having a stressful life at the moment? Most of my flashbacks remind me of happier times. Your probably yearning to feel the same care-free feelings you used to. Just a thought. I am 14 years old in the 8th grade as is my sister Melissa. I am really pissed off because I am getting harred and bullied in school by my guy friends and other guys. My sis Melissa is a cheerleader at our middle school and a lot of the boys like her. What ticks me off she wears thongs to school under her skirt and jeans also. I fully agree with Shana--if you have no desire to pursue nursing as a career path; its not worth the waste of your time and the school's time (as well as take a spot from someone who really wants to be a nurse), just for disaster skills (although that is a noble thought on your part.!) You will not be a very good nurse with just school work & no real experience (that comes from working in the field)--these overseas disaster want very experienced personnel; and you need continuing education to keep that license. You could do the EMT route or advanced first aid, etc. Remember, many of these require you to work in the field to keep the license current. You have a heart of gold tho.

Okay i saw a movie trailer the other day and it's about a guy who has perfect friends and a perfrect girlfriend and now that he's 30 his life is how he pictured it when he was younger. How do I know if my marriage is legal?

My husband and I got married last april in a destination wedding in Playa Del carment Mexico. it took three months to get our marraige certificate back. The certificate is in Spanish. I called the county recorders office and they said that they do not record foriegn marraige certificates. They said that I am legally married, but how does anyone know if it is not recorded? Also, they told me I need to have the certificate legally translated through the superior court, to get my name changed. When I contacted superior court they said they didnt have translators. So now I am back where I started. Please help, I want to change my name and be legally recognized as married. Any advice?

what worked for me was staying away from sugar and carbs..I would stick with a protein lunch with high fiber....and I was able to increase my energy level. Coffees, teas, all that stuff...they are stimulants, but not particularly healthy. Try to drink Ice water and healthy proteins and high fiber..you'll see a difference. Great Multi vitamin and believe it or not, but fish oil pills each day..can't go wrong!

Cystic Fibrosis?

CF is a inherited gene mutation disease that you are born with. You get one gene mutation from the father and one from the mother. My son is now 6 and was diagnosed at 5 years old. People with CF are usually diagnosed at birth and almost always before the age of 3. There are some cases in which there is a very late diagnosis which would mean that their case is very mild! Rare but it happens! But in your case I would not think that you have CF being how you are 19. Bacteria that attacks the lungs and could eventually cause respiratory failure is the main problem in CF. I personally think that you would have been diagnosed by now if you had cf. It is a very serious and fatal disease but treatments have come a long way to prolong life expectancy. You can have a simple sweat test to see if you have it or not! it's the only test right now for CF. But in my opinion I really don't think you have anything to worry about as far as CF goes!

that is usually a venting issue. if a drain is not properly vented, then it will suck air from the next fixture, which empties the p trap (the curvy thing) and then ges can come in. unfortunately that means checking for vents. if they come straight up, you can see them sticking out your roof, but if they join the main stack you will need to pull walls apart to make sure they are there. check local code to see how many feet from each toilet, sink, and tub they need to be. for sinks, you can use a cheater vent, but not for toilets.

I'm a rlly good runner but sometimes i wake up with soreness, Can my bed be giving me injuries? Fell and bumped my head, went to the doctor, should I still be paranoid?

Monday I tripped on a suitcase, fell and bumped my head on the bathroom door. I had no major symptoms except for a small bump that has gone down and some light headedness, however, I went to the doctor to get checked out. She checked my head, neck and eyes, asked about symptoms and said she thought I was fine, but to let her know if I had any other major symptoms arise. I have still been a little lightheaded but mostly while at the computer at work all day. No nausea, vomiting, blurriness, loss of consciousness or headaches. I did a follow up call with the doctor yesterday and also let her know I had started my period, which she said could also be causing the light headedness. I just applied to dunkin donuts. A friend of mine works there and told me to apply. I dressed up in a dress shirt and jeans and filled out the application right there (I took around 30 minutes to complete fully). I asked a lady there what position she was working so I could put it in my application and she later told me that I should call and that I will get the job that way. When I handed it in she told me to hand it in to the manager who was close by so I handed it to the manager. Prozac Pros and Cons?

My husband has suffered from depression/anxiety/panic attacks for most of his life. I was told he was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder but he has never admitted it to me. If you remove the product while the reaction is going than the equilibrium will shift to the right or products side. I did this lab when I was in organic chemistry and I'm pretty sure you had to evaporate the banana oil out while the reaction was preceding which will, by Le'Chatlier's principle shift the reaction towards the right.

Evidently the metal shavings in my oil attract to a magnet. Said that the motor is caked on the inside with thick thick oil with these shavings in it. The teeth were all off the timing belt. I am due to have a hysterectomy in 3 weeks, it will be removal of the uterus and cervix, hoping to keep my ovaries. I have endometriosis, I have terrible long lasting periods (10 to 14 days). The doctor tried to do an ablation but my uterus was averted and he said he could not do the ablation safely. Is AKC mixed registration really worth it?

The main reason for registration is so that the dogs can compete in the various AKC sanctioned doggy sports. It you don't ever plan to compete, I can't see any reason for registering the dog. My dogs are both from Corgi Rescue. I ume they are purebred, but it doesn't really matter. We don't compete in doggy sports so I have never bothered to register them.

Have a question for all Manx owners past and present?

I have a 10 month old stumpy female, Spark Plug, aka Sparky. I've always loved the look of a Manx though I've never owned one before. She's not a pure bred though, as far as I know, I got her from a local horse farm when she was about 4 weeks old. Too young I know, but they didn't want the kits around, but yet refuse to spay or neuter their cats. I took her to the vet as soon as I got her, he told me that she is indeed a female, and that she's in good health. I also did a lot of reading on the breed, so I know that they mature slower than other cats and I also know that they aren't the most vocal of felines. I also read that you're supposed to wait until they come into heat once to spay them. She's 10 months old now, and I don't think she's come into season. I'd just take her to the vet to have her checked again, but my vet hasn't been around very much the last few months as his father lives in Florida and is very, very ill. He brought another vet in to cover while he's gone, but I think he regrets his choice of vets as he told me not to see this other vet. Where we live is pretty rural, and I'm sure the pickings were slim. He's also been our family vet for over 20 years and is very protective of our animals. The only other vet within an hour's drive is a large animal vet who isn't taking new patients. So I wanted to ask the Manx people on here if they've every experienced this. Could she have come into heat and I missed it because the breed, and her herself are so quiet? Could it just be the maturing slowly thing? I also read that when you show a female Manx, as a pet anyway, that you should alter them because being around the males can bring them into heat. Do I have to bring her around a male to make her come into heat? If so, can he be neutered? My mom has a neutered male and I could bring Sparky over to her house for a few hours. Do I really have to wait for her to come into season for her to be spayed? I haven't with any of my other cats, but what I read about Manxes says that I should because it prolongs their life. If I don't have to, I'll just take her to the vet when he's back in town next month. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

my husband has been off work for about 5 years due to cancer treatment and i have had to take time off ion chunks to care for him, so the capital one mastercard that i have has a small limit of $1500 and about 6 months into his treatment i reached the limit and have just been able to pay minimum payments....well, with interest it have become more then $1500 owed, it is at $2200...i still always pay the minimum, but i was wondering if in canada you can call the credit card company and talk with them about lowering interest rate so that it would be easier to pay down/off the credit card....i hate being in this situation and honestly would have never relied on the credit card, but i have to use it to pay for some medications for my husband until his work could get the benefits to cover all the medications at that time. thanks for your help!!!
