How do I keep my hair wavy all day?

I curl my hair with a curling iron and when i do it stays for like 15 minutes and turns straight again. How do you keep it wavy all day!? What mousses or hairsprays can i use to make my hair stay put for 24hours? But not make it crunchy or sticky or yucky. Make it natural looking. :) thanks!
