Why did Mr. Wilson later issue an apology to the president for what he called "his lack of civility."?

You gotta love partisan politics. No matter how bad either "side" screws up it's always the other side's fault. Wilson was out of line, but that doesn't mean the Democrats are such a boon to humanity. The "we are right because they were wrong" mentality is a cute excuse for all kinds of nonsense. Let's wait until the "stimulus" creates enough jobs to replace the millions that were lost before we spend billions more on "social progress". If the "stimulus" doesn't perform as advertised why throw good money after bad?
