Is there a cause and effect between Fukushima and attacking Libya?

I personally believe that the discouragement will be over soon, when the disaster/crisis is (unfortunately) put in the past. But don't forget that the future plans for nuclear power have been put on hold, not the running ones. This, may result that in the future we will increase consumption of oil because the plans for new nuclear stations,have today been on hold.But I don't think it will affect consumption greatly. Hope you get what I'm saying
