Molar pregnancy?

Has anyone ever herd ofit. in my parent and child cl we are talking about pregnany complications and the different types...regular/normal, and tubal. but this one girl in my cl said she saw on tv or in a magizine about a molar pregnacy, where your not actually pregnant but your body thinks you are, and oyou show all the signs of pregnancy, i did a little research but i really didnt find anything...concrete about it..
