How to go from ug to ul?

Its NOT possible to tell the answer if you don't know the concentration of the sample. If you know the concentration of the sample e.g 14 mg/ml (which is also equal to 14 ug/ul) then you need to add just 0.5 ul of the sample (which I know is very difficult to pipette but it was just an example).
