If someone smokes a lotta weed then has a kid,?

will the kids eyes be cheeched? my friends 19 and been a pothead for about 6 years...and he just had a kid. the kid has blonde hair and blue eyes, but his eyes always look CHEECHED, but his mom has really full, round eyes and his dads eyes are about the same. is it because his dad smoked weed when he was younger?
