Bump of puss behind my earlobe? i think its an infection. any suggestions?

i had this girl pierce my ears at school about 2 months ago. and they have been fine. but the other day i took the earings out to find this big bumpy lumpy thing behind my earlobe right by the hole. i cant really tell my parents about it if it is an infection cuz they werent to happy i got them pierced in the first place. but i need to know the best way to heal the infection. if u have any ideas or suggestions plz let me know!
