Hi folks, I found a dog on a bike ride tonight and have no clue what to feed him...?

If you've got some meat you can mix that in with the dry food. But out of the stuff you listed... they can't really have that, except for the rice, but the rice doesn't make much of a meal either... I'd get meat if I were you.
