I want to become an actress?

Okay I am 14 years old. Ive wanted to be an actress/singer since I was 3 Years old. I can't afford acting school right now. Ive told the drama teacher at school that i really want to join by September. Is there any place I could look for no experienced actors? I'm also Very interested in modeling. And singing. Could You please help me with all of them. ( singing, Acting, Modeling) My role model is Hanna Beth Merjos. I live In Vancouver BC. Thanks :D
